The James J. and Joan A. Gardner Family Center for Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders is forming two monthly support groups, one for people with Parkinson’s disease, and a parallel group for their caregivers and/or family members.
The free forum provides an opportunity 1) to gain emotional support from other people experiencing similar situations and 2) to acquire educational guidance from professionals in the field.
The support groups will take place on the second Thursday of the month throughout the year, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at the UC Health Women’s Center Community Room, 7675 Wellness Way, Suite 4000, in West Chester, Ohio, 45069.
An RSVP is requested but not required.
